What's Up in My Life (3 minutes each)

Each person speaks in any order

  • Name 3 most important issues up for you right now
  • For each issue, say why is this important
  • And what you feel - sad, mad, glad, bad, or afraid

Debrief Homework (5 minutes total)

Anyone who wants to share

  • Briefly report on the impact of any practices or self-observations you have been doing since last session
  • If someone made a commitment to the group, report on action taken (or not)
  • If you did homework on the Numina App, highlight something you found moving in someone else’ video
Pick Person to Explore an Issue

One person for each meeting

  • Best practice is half of each meeting given to exploring an issue in depth. Each meeting one person is assigned to be the explorer who will bring an issue and get group’s input
  • Assign an explorer alphabetically by first name for each of the next 5 meetings. Adjust the order if someone has something obviously pressing
  • Explore the issue using the following four steps. Your group will go deeper quicker by keeping to this discipline
